Housing Selection Process

We pre-select and inspect all the homes where our students will be accommodated.  We have created a catalog of excellent home-stay options. According to the information the students express in their Accommodation Request Form, we then set them up with the best family option.

Preferred Locations

Houses near the downtown or the Language Center are preferred for the student to come and go on foot. We also select houses with public transport accessibility.

Staying in a Hotel

There are many options for tourists you can choose from a luxurious hotel to a simple student hostel. Most hotels include breakfast with your stay. There are more than 30 hotels close to the Language Center. If this is your chosen option we will be happy to send you a list with updated prices. Let us help you with your reservation as we frequently receive special offers for our students.

Renting a property

There are many renting options in the city. You can find everything from small rooms to huge mansions. We can help you find options for the property of your choice, just let us know what you are looking for. We highly recommend you arrive 3 days in advance.

Renting conditions in México are as follows: You will have to pay your rents in advance plus a month's rent as a security deposit that will be reimbursed upon leaving the property in good conditions.

Homestay

The rooms are adequately furnished, clean, and spacious, provide independence and privacy to the student but still allow them to learn and experience the typical Mexican lifestyle. Mexican families are pleased to offer their homes and world-renowned hospitality. These families will drop-off and collect the students from the school during their first week and will provide them with a friendly Spanish-speaking environment. Bed sheets will be changed once a week, a towel and toilet paper will also be provided. Some meals may not be included. Families undertake a strict selection process. Such selection includes a house inspection in which the suitability of the family is carefully studied. There are two options: Private or Shared occupancy.
